Meet the venues: Rotown

In addition to festivals, venues, theaters and clubs are also able to have their own app in TimeSquare. One of the first venues to use TimeSquare as the app for their venue is the infamous Rotown in Rotterdam.

With their app in TimeSquare Rotown has a very nice and super handy tool for their visitors to stay up to date about their hundreds of concerts and club nights ao, plus the venue is now also visible among the many festival goers who use TimeSquare!

About Rotown
Rotown has been a household name in Rotterdam since 1987. The name - a Rotterdam twist on 'Motown' - stands for more than just live music. At a time when emerging bands mainly took their first steps in youth centers and community centers, this iconic stage on Nieuwe Binnenweg brought new life to the brewery. For 35 years now, Rotown has been a meeting place for young and old where live music forms the connecting thread.
That connecting thread has meanwhile stretched out over the entire length of the city center of Rotterdam. As a pop stage, Rotown has profiled itself in recent years as a firm facilitator of live music in special places all over Rotterdam. Also showcase festivals such as The Big Blowout and Left of the Dial (check out the LOTD app as well) are annual events with their own atmosphere, quality stamp and appearance.

Get connected
